The LTC is a complete leak test control instrument. It is designed to allow the user to create a simulated leak to periodically challenge whether leak test instrumentation can recognize and REJECT a leak with a given value of the tested item. They can also be used as pressure calibrators to verify and certify the instruments pressure measurements are accurate.
